Privacy Policy

This policy explains what MidwestMobstaz.com, run by Wicked Entertainment, collects about you and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Your email, when you buy ad-free access or sign in to restore purchases.
  • Purchase records: what you bought, the amount and the date.
  • Payment details are entered with Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
  • On your device: we save your ad-free purchases and where you left off in browser storage on your own device.
  • Technical data: our hosting and streaming providers log things like IP address, browser type and the pages and files requested, to deliver and secure the site.
  • Advertising: when free streaming plays commercials from an advertising partner (such as Google, Adsterra or HilltopAds), that partner may use cookies or device identifiers to show, limit and measure ads.
  • Meta Pixel: we use Meta’s (Facebook and Instagram) pixel, which sets cookies and tells Meta which pages you view, what you play and whether you start or complete a purchase, so we can measure and improve our ads on Meta.

How we use it

To process your purchases, turn ad-free access on across your devices, send you the sign-in link you ask for, answer you when you contact us, keep the site working and secure, play commercials during free streaming, and measure how our ads perform. We don’t send marketing email from this site.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run the site for us: Stripe (payments), Supabase (purchase records and sign-in), Netlify (hosting), Bunny.net (audio and video streaming), YouTube (backup commercial player), Meta (ad measurement), and our advertising partners (such as Adsterra and HilltopAds) when commercials play. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

  • You can stream without giving us any personal information.
  • You can clear what’s saved on your device by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
  • You can control ads based on your activity on Meta in your Meta ad preferences, or block cookies in your browser.
  • You can turn off personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you through our contact page. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase records for as long as you have ad-free access and as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
