Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of MidwestMobstaz.com (the “site”), run by Wicked Entertainment of Chicago, Illinois (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying ad-free access, you agree to them.
Streaming
The music and the documentary on this site are free to stream with commercials, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not download, record, copy, rip, re-upload, sell, publicly perform or otherwise redistribute anything on the site, or try to get around the commercials or the ad-free check.
The recordings, artwork, video and the Midwest Mobstaz and Wicked Entertainment names and logos belong to Wicked Entertainment and its artists. Using the site gives you no ownership of them.
Explicit content
Midwest Mobstaz contains explicit lyrics and adult themes. The site is meant for adults, and is not directed to children under 13.
Ad-free purchases
Ad-free access is a one-time payment, in U.S. dollars, for one project (a volume or the documentary) or for All-Access. It removes the commercials from that project when you stream it on this site. It is not a download, and not ownership of the recordings. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your access is tied to the email you use at checkout; sign in with that email to use it on another device. We may change prices for future purchases at any time.
Refunds
Ad-free access is digital and starts as soon as you pay, so purchases are final. If you were charged twice, bought something by mistake, or can’t get your purchase to work, reach us through our contact page (opens in a new window) within 14 days and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate. This does not limit any refund rights you have under law.
Commercials and other services
Free streaming plays commercials, which may come from Wicked Entertainment or from advertising partners. Some commercials may play through YouTube, which has its own terms.
Changes to the site
We may change, add or remove content or features. If we ever permanently remove a project you paid to unlock, contact us and we will refund that purchase.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Wicked Entertainment is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the site after a change means you accept it.
